Bollywood diva Bipasha Basu turned a year older today and was showered with love and warm wishes from friends, family, and fans. Taking a moment to make her day extra special, her husband and actor Karan Singh Grover shared a heartfelt message for his “most favourite person,” expressing his love openly on social media.
“My most favourite person in the whole world, my best friend in the entire universe, the most patient human being, the one I love the most, the most beautiful girl in the world, my whole world… wishing you the happiest birthday, my monkey,” Karan wrote in his caption. Celebrating his wife’s special day, the actor further added, “May you shine brighter with every passing year! I love you so much. #monkeylove.” Along with the message, Karan also shared an adorable picture of Bipasha with their daughter Devi, making the post even more special.
Reacting to the post, Bipasha replied with a sweet “TUVU,” while fans flooded the comments section with birthday wishes and love for the actress. Bipasha and Karan’s love story began in 2015 on the sets of Bhushan Patel’s film ‘Alone’, where they first met. After dating for about a year, the couple tied the knot in April 2016. They welcomed their daughter Devi Basu Singh Grover on November 12, 2022. The couple is set to celebrate their 10th wedding anniversary on April 30, 2026.
On the work front, Bipasha Basu has been away from films for some time. Since the birth of her daughter, she has been focusing on her role as a mother and dedicating her time to raising Devi. Karan Singh Grover was last seen in Siddharth Anand’s ‘Fighter’, starring alongside Hrithik Roshan, Deepika Padukone, and Anil Kapoor.
