New Delhi: The wounds of 14 February 2019 still remain fresh in the nation’s memory. On the anniversary of the tragic Pulwama attack, the country once again remembered its brave soldiers who laid down their lives in the line of duty.

Union Home Minister Amit Shah paid tribute to the martyrs and delivered a strong message against terrorism. In a post on social media platform X, he wrote:

“I pay tribute to our brave soldiers who were martyred in the Pulwama terror attack. Terrorism is the biggest enemy of humanity, and India is firmly determined to eradicate it completely.”

He further stated that the nation will always remain indebted to the courage, dedication, and sacrifice of security forces and agencies who continue to fight terrorism.

Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha also paid homage to the martyrs, saying their unwavering commitment to the motherland and extraordinary bravery will continue to inspire every citizen.

Bharatiya Janata Party National President Nitin Nabin described the sacrifice of the soldiers as unforgettable and said their bravery gives strength to every Indian.

Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta also paid heartfelt tributes, stating that the country will forever remain grateful for the unmatched courage and sacrifice of the martyrs.

Earlier in the day, Prime Minister Narendra Modi remembered the fallen heroes, saying their dedication, determination, and service to the nation will always remain indelible in India’s collective consciousness.
