Hera Pheri 3 Controversy: There has been much talk around Hera Pheri 3 ever since Paresh Rawal announced his exit from the sequel. The actor claimed that he did not have any “creative difference” with the makers of the film.
This made everyone wonder what the real reason was behind his exit from Hera Pheri 3. Today, Paresh tweeted that his lawyer, Ameet Naik, has “sent an appropriate response regarding his rightful termination and exit.” Later, the actor’s lawyer issued a detailed statement that addressed the reason for his departure from Hera Pheri 3.
Hera Pheri 3 Controversy: Paresh Rawal’s Legal Representative’s First Statement
After Paresh Rawal said on X that his lawyer, Ameet Naik has sent an “appropriate response” regarding his exit from the movie, his lawyer issued an official statement. Paresh Rawal’s lawyer said to IANS, “Admittedly, they did not deliver the story, screenplay and also a draft of a long form agreement which was fundamental to the engagement of our client.” The lawyer then claimed that Firoz Nadiadwala, cousin of Sajid Nadiadwala, issued a notice to the actor. The lawyer said, “In the absence of these and also since Mr. Nadiadwala, the producer of the original films, issued notice to our client and raised issues on the making of the film, our client chose to exit and returned the money with interest by terminating the Term sheet.”
As per the reports, Paresh Rawal has returned the signing amount of Rs. 11 Lakh along with the interest to Akshay Kumar’s production house. Addressing the same, Paresh’s lawyer said, “First they accepted the money but later unfortunately sent an untenable notice to our client when knowingly nothing was and is ready including no story and cloud over the title: so there can never be any loss (sic).
Paresh Rawal’s exit from Hera Pheri 3 has made fans angry. Co-star Akshay Kumar has reportedly filed a lawsuit against the actor. To note, Akshay Kumar is also producing Hera Pheri 3, taking rights of the movie from Firoz Nadiadwala.
