    • IndiaTwo days ahead of the Delhi polls, Prime Minister Narendra Modi interacted with students in the national capital on Monday and accused the Aam Aadmi Party of prioritising its image over the future of students. Modi asserted that the AAP-led government allows only those students who secure good marks to progress beyond Class 9 to maintain its own image. "I have heard that in Delhi, they (AAP government) do not allow children to go further after Class 9. Only those children who are guaranteed to pass are allowed to continue. Because if their results are bad, their government's reputation will be ruined. That is why very dishonest work is done," the Prime Minister said.On Sunday, addressing a public rally at New Delhi's RK Puram, the Prime Minister said that, similar to the change in weather ushered in by the arrival of Basant Panchami, Delhi would witness a "new spring of development.""In a few days, a new spring of development will arrive in Delhi. This time, the BJP government is about to form in Delhi. The 'AAP-DA party' has wasted 11 years. My biggest request is that we should be given a chance to serve the people of Delhi. I promise to go to any length to remove every difficulty you face. A double-engine government will come to Delhi that will make the lives of every poor and middle-class family prosperous," he said.He also guaranteed ₹5 nutritious meals for people living in slums and announced the setting up of a welfare board for auto drivers and domestic workers while assuring that no existing welfare schemes would be discontinued."A welfare board will be set up for auto drivers and domestic workers, providing them with insurance coverage of up to ₹10 lakh. The BJP government will also assist with children's school fees. I give another guarantee: these AAP-DA people are spreading falsehoods, but not a single slum in Delhi will be demolished. The welfare schemes for the public in Delhi will not be stopped," PM Modi asserted. The Delhi Assembly elections will take place on February 5 in a single phase, with the counting of votes scheduled for February 8. The national capital is set to witness a triangular contest between the BJP, Congress, and AAP.

    • TechnologyGoogle AI generated search results are helpful but sometimes you don't need too much unnecessary information. However, if you are tired of Google's AI-generated search, you can actually turn them off with a little profanity! Turns out, if you include an expletive in your search, Google conveniently skips the AI summary and gives you the good old-fashioned blue links instead. This loophole was spotted Gizmodo. For example, if you ask, "How many bones are there in a human body?" Google will serve you an AI-generated response before the actual search results. But if you tweak it to, "How many bones are there in a fucking human body?"--The AI disappears, leaving you with a clean, AI-free search page. A 'feature' no one asked for AI-generated search summaries might sound helpful, but they have already proven unreliable. Remember when Google's AI suggested using glue to stop cheese from sliding off pizza? Or when it recommended eating pebbles for better digestion? Well not really relevant. The bigger issue is that people clearly don't want AI Overviews, yet Google keeps forcing them on users. AI-generated responses sometimes provide misleading or incorrect information, and unlike the old search format, they make it harder to verify sources. And it's not just Google-AI tools are creeping into everything, from Siri to social media, often with mixed results. So why does swearing work? Google's AI is programmed to avoid generating offensive content. Rather than risk accidentally repeating a swear word, it just backs out entirely when it detects profanity. It's an amusingly simple loophole: Google would rather not answer at all than risk an AI model letting an expletive slip. However, it is not certain whether this trick will always last. Google is always tweaking its algorithms, so don't be surprised if this loophole gets patched. But for now, if you want AI-free search results, you know what to do-just add a little colorful language. So go ahead, tell Google to "just give me the fucking links," and enjoy a search experience that actually works!

    • IndiaAfter expanding its Galaxy S series lineup this year, Samsung is now gearing up to introduce the Galaxy A56 5G and Galaxy A36 5G in the coming months as the successors to the Galaxy A55 and Galaxy A35, which were introduced in India in March 2024. Recent certifications and database listings have provided critical details about the upcoming smartphones. Let us now take a look at their expected specifications and pricing details. Samsung Galaxy A56 5G, Galaxy A36 5G: Expected launch timeline According to various leaks, the Samsung Galaxy A56 5G and Galaxy A36 5G are expected to launch globally in March this year. Moreover, these devices are tipped to launch in Indian markets around the same time as well and we can expect to know the exact release date in the coming weeks. Samsung Galaxy A56 5G, A36 5G: Expected specifications, price The Galaxy A56 has appeared on the US FCC certification website, which gives us more information about the phone. According to the listing, the Galaxy A56 will come with One UI 7 right out of the box. A screenshot from the FCC certification shows the phone's status screen showcasing the battery icon from One UI 7, which confirms that the phone will run on Samsung's latest software. Previously, both the FCC and earlier TENAA certifications confirmed that the device will support 45W wired fast charging and will feature a 4,905mAh rated battery. Many leaks have also tipped that the Galaxy A56 5G will be powered by Samsung's in-house Exynos 1580 processor. Meanwhile, the Samsung Galaxy A36 is expected to get a Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 SoC or a Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 SoC and will run One UI 7 out of the box. Earlier last month, X tipster Anthony (@TheGalox_) claimed that Galaxy A56's 8GB and 12GB RAM option with 128GB storage will have a starting price tag of EUR 439 (roughly Rs 39,000). Meanwhile, the Galaxy A36 5G could have a starting price of less than Rs 30,000.
