Sharing the joyful news on Instagram, the couple wrote, “Baby on the way.” Rajkumar also added a heartfelt caption to the post, saying, “Elated ❤️❤️.” But did you know that in an old interview, Rajkumar once revealed his wish to have a daughter if he ever became a parent? Back in 2023, Rajkumar Rao went on Shehnaaz’s chat show for the promotion of his movie ‘Monica O My Darling.’ Back then, Shehnaaz asked Rajkumar about family planning. The actor then said that they (he and his wife) are currently not planning a baby. But Rajkumar added a statement, saying, “If I have a baby girl, I want her to be like you. Sweet, simple, Sundar, and talented,” indicating towards Shehnaaz.
In case you don’t know already, Rajkumar and Patralekha were in a relationship since 2010. After 11 years of togetherness, they tied the knot on November 15, 2021. They had an intimate marriage ceremony with friends and family present.
