Poonam Dhillon enjoys dinner with Meenakshi Sheshadri, Suhasini Ratnam and others, praises Jackie Shroff for looking after the ladies
Poonam Dhillon, along with her friends and former actress Meenakshi Sheshadri, Suhasini Ratnam, Jackie Shroff stepped out for a Sunday night dinner.
Poonam took to her Instagram to share some pics from their dinner and heaped praises on her friend Jackie Shroff. They were also joined by Nadiya Moidu.
Poonam Dhillon reflected on the night and shared a series of photos from the dinner and appreciated her friends. She wrote in the caption of her post, “We need friends.. we need warmth & Care. .. we need sharing. That’s what Friendship gives us!! Thanks @suhasinihasan .. who is a great Binder & motivational friend l.”
The actress further noted, “Thanks @apnabhidu Jackie who is such a gentleman.. looks after the ladies so gallantly (& ofcourse did not let us ladies pay for the dinner) and made sure we all ate properly. Dropped us to our vehicels.. opened doors for us !! Bless u Chivalrous gentleman!!
She added, “Great to see @iammeenakshiseshadri who joined us at a short notice & gorgeous @simply.nadiya who is outstanding in her work and fitness regime. All in all a wonderful evening.”
She was joined by her friends and Telugu actress Suhasini Hasan, Meenakshi Seshadri Mysore and Nadiya Moidu.Jackie and Poonam have been close friends for years. They have also co-starred in the 1985 films, Teri Meherbaniyan, Shiva Ka Insaaf and Palay Khan (1986). Poonam has previously reflected on her close friendship with Jackie and revealed that he has always supported her in ups and downs.
On the work front, Poonam Dhillon was last seen in Ek Kori Prem Katha. She has also become the president of the Cine and TV Artistes Association (CINTAA). The actress has a pileup of new projects, including a guest appearance in Madhaniya alongside Delbar Arya.
Meanwhile, Jackie Shroff was last seen in Baby John alongside Varun Dhawan, Keerthy Suresh and Salman Khan. However, the actor is expected to next appear in Vivash. Directed by Navneet Baj Saini, the film also stars Rajpal Naurang Yadav and Lucky Ali in the pivotal roles.
