Pulwama Encounter: 3 Hizbul Mujahideen Terrorists Gunned Down in Tral Operation

Pulwama Encounter: Three terrorists were killed after an encounter broke out between security forces and terrorists in the Tral area of Pulwama district, Jammu and Kashmir, on Thursday morning, according to the Kashmir Zone Police.
The gunfight began during a cordon and search operation launched by security forces in Nader village, located in South Kashmir’s Pulwama.
Initial reports suggested that hree terrorists belonged to the Hizbul Mujahideen terror group. The police are yet to confirm their identities.
Pulwama Encounter: “Encounter has started at Nader, Tral area of Awantipora. Police and security forces are on the job. Further details shall follow,” Kashmir Zone Police said in a post on X.
Three LeT Terrorists Killed in Shopian
This comes just days after three Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) terrorists were gunned down in an encounter in the Shukroo Keller forest area of Shopian district on Tuesday.
According to the Indian Army, the operation-codenamed Operation Keller-was launched by a Rashtriya Rifles unit following specific intelligence inputs about terrorist presence in the area. The search operation escalated into a gunfight when the terrorists opened fire on the security personnel, who retaliated swiftly.
