Rahul Gandhi Accuses BJP and Election Commission of Massive Voter Fraud at Bengaluru Rally

In a fiery address at a rally held at Freedom Park in Bengaluru, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi leveled serious allegations against the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and the Election Commission of India (ECI), accusing both of being complicit in what he described as a “huge criminal fraud” during the 2024 Lok Sabha elections.

Speaking to a large crowd of supporters, Rahul Gandhi alleged that over 1,00,250 votes were “stolen” in the Mahadevapura Assembly segment alone. He claimed that the alleged fraud involved duplicate voter entries, fake addresses, bulk registrations, invalid photographs, and the misuse of Form 6 for new voter enrollments.

“I want the nation to know-there is a huge criminal fraud being perpetrated on this country by the Election Commission and the party in power,” Gandhi said.

Demand for Full Electronic Voter Records

Gandhi demanded that the Election Commission release electronic voter lists and videography data from the past 10 years, saying it would allow the Congress to prove that the Prime Minister came to power through electoral theft.

“We demand the EC give us the electronic voters list of the entire country and the details of videography. If we get it, we will prove the Prime Minister became PM by way of theft,” he said.

Oath on Constitution vs. Affidavits

The Congress MP also criticized the Election Commission’s response to the allegations. According to Gandhi, the ECI had asked Congress to submit voter names with signed affidavits as evidence-something he deemed insufficient.

“I have already taken the oath inside Parliament and on the Constitution. Why is the EC asking me to take another oath to prove vote theft?” he asked.

He accused election officials of attacking the Constitution and the rights of poor citizens, vowing that action would be taken.

“We will take time, but we will catch you. We will catch each one of you,” he said.

“Crime Against Constitution”

Rahul Gandhi described the alleged voter manipulation as a “crime against the Indian Constitution and the Indian flag.” He stated that the issue was not isolated to Karnataka but part of a nationwide pattern of electoral misconduct.

“Similar vote theft is being committed across the country,” he claimed.
