Ranveer Allahbadia India’s Got Latent Controversy Live Updates: YouTuber-podcaster Ranveer Allahbadia, popularly known as BeerBiceps, has landed himself in a massive controversy, also inviting legal trouble over his remarks on comedian Samay Raina’s show ‘India’s Got Latent’.
During a recent episode, which featured content creators Ashish Chanchlani, Jaspreet Singh, and Apoorva Mukhija (known as The Rebel Kid), Allahbadia posed a highly controversial question to a contestant, “Would you rather watch your parents have sex every day for the rest of your life or join in once and stop it forever?”
Moments after the episode’s clips were shared online, netizens termed Allahbadia’s remark “offensive”, “derogatory”, and “downright ugly”.
Soon, a formal complaint against the YouTuber was filed with the Mumbai Police and the National Commission for Women, demanding strict action against all involved. The complaint letter also accused Allahbadia, Raina, and others of using abusive language and making obscene comments about women on the show.
As the controversy snowballed, Allahbadia took to his X handle and issued an apology for his remark. “My comment wasn’t funny and I am just so sorry,” he could be heard saying in the video.
