About the Film:
Tere Ishq Mein revolves around the intense love story between Mukti (Kriti Sanon) and Shankar (Dhanush). What begins as a sweet college romance takes a deeper and complicated turn when Mukti leaves Shankar for another man, while he becomes an army pilot.
Although the film received mixed reviews, both Dhanush and Kriti were praised for their performances. Kriti thanked fans on Instagram, writing:
“My heart is full… The best feeling for an actor is when the audience connects with every small emotion hidden between the unsaid words of your character. Mukti is perhaps the most layered and tricky character I’ve played, and when every beat of her heart reaches yours, that becomes love! Thank you for all the love.”
The film is directed by Anand L. Rai and produced under the banners of T-Series and Color Yellow Productions by Anand L. Rai, Himanshu Sharma, Bhushan Kumar, and Krishna Kumar, with support from Gulshan Kumar.
