Weather Update: IMD Predicts More Rain For Mumbai, Konkan And Vidarbha

Weather Update:The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted light to moderate rain for Konkan, Madhya Maharashtra, and Marathwada on August 3. Rainfall in these areas has been decreasing recently.
However, Vidarbha is expected to experience heavy rains accompanied by strong winds and thundershowers. A yellow alert has been issued for certain districts in this region.
Mumbai’s weather is anticipated to be mainly cloudy with light to moderate showers. Thane, Palghar, and Raigad districts are also likely to receive moderate rainfall. Ratnagiri and Sindhudurg districts can expect light to moderate rain with thundershowers.
Weather Update:Weather Forecast for Marathwada
In Marathwada, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Jalna, Beed, and Hingoli districts are predicted to have light rainfall. Meanwhile, Nanded, Latur, and Dharashiv may experience light to moderate rain with thundershowers. Nashik in north Maharashtra is also likely to see similar weather conditions.
Dhule, Nandurbar, Jalgaon, and Ahilyanagar are expected to receive light to moderate rainfall as well. The IMD has forecast rain with thundershowers and strong winds in Nagpur city within Vidarbha.
Weather Update:Vidarbha’s Rainy Outlook
Bhandara, Chandrapur, Gadchiroli, Gondia, and Wardha districts in Vidarbha are likely to experience similar weather patterns. A yellow alert has been issued for these areas due to the expected weather conditions.
