Women’s ODI World Cup schedule: India vs Pakistan on October 5, venues, dates and full list of matches

Women’s ODI World Cup schedule: The International Cricket Council (ICC) has officially revealed the full schedule for the ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup 2025, which will be co-hosted by India and Sri Lanka from 30 September to 2 November 2025.
Hosts India will kick off the 13th editionof the 50-over tournament against Sri Lanka at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru on 30 September.
Reigning champions Australia will begin their title defense against New Zealand-the current holders of the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup-on 1 October in Indore.
One of the most anticipated clashes of the tournament, India vs Pakistan, is scheduled for 5 October, with the match to take place in Colombo.
The eight-team tournament will follow a round-robin format, where each team will face the others once. The top four teams at the conclusion of the group stage will progress to the semi-finals.
All teams will also participate in two warm-up matches each, beginning 24 September. India are set to face England in Bengaluru on 24 September, followed by a clash with South Africa on 27 September in Guwahati.
Women’s ODI World Cup schedule: This will be the 13th edition of the ICC Women’s ODI World Cup, featuring eight teams. The tournament will follow a single round-robin format, with each team playing the other seven once. The top four teams at the end of the group stage will advance to the semi-finals.
The top-ranked team will face the fourth-placed team in the first semi-final. The second and third-placed teams will meet in the second semi-final.
The two semi-finals are scheduled for 29 October, and the Final will be played on 2 November.
