Dhanashree Verma restores photos with Yuzvendra Chahal amidst divorce speculation
Dhanashree Verma has raised eyebrows by sharing pictures restored with her husband, cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal, on Instagram amidst divorce rumors.
The choreographer had deleted all the pictures with Yuzvendra earlier, sparking speculation about their marriage. Nevertheless, photos from their romantic dates, outings, and wedding moments are back on her Instagram feed.
Yuzvendra and Dhanashree married in 2020, and the couple has become very famous for their lively reels on Instagram. Dhanashree was a contestant on the dance reality show Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa, which saw her tagging along with Yuzvendra to all his cricket matches. However, all did not go well with them when they allegedly sought divorce in 2024.
Dhanashree’s lawyer, Advocate Aditi Mohoni, has confirmed that their divorce case is ongoing in court. “I have nothing to say on the proceedings, as the matter is sub judice,” Aditi said, stressing the need for fact-checking prior to reporting.
In the meantime, Dhanashree’s family has denied the allegations that she had asked for Rs60 crore as alimony. Dhanashree’s family requested her followers to stop spreading false information, which had gone viral on social media.
The rumors were fueled when Yuzvendra was spotted with RJ Mahvash at the Champions Trophy final in Dubai.
