Benefits of aromatherapy: Reduce stress, sleep well with soothing scents like lavender, chamomile, more

Benefits of aromatherapy:Did you know that scents can affect your sleep and also keep stress at bay?Aromatherapy uses scents and essential oils made from flowers, herbs, and other plants.
According to the Sleep foundation, aromatherapy can help with sleep by creating a calm and relaxing environment. Certain scents can boost mood, reduce stress, and promote relaxation, which may make it easier to fall and stay asleep.
Studies suggest that aromatherapy scents have both healing and relaxing properties that help in improving sleep quality. The right scents not only calm an overactive mind but also help the body unwind after a long day, promoting restful sleep.
Since stress and anxiety often cause sleep problems like insomnia, using soothing essential oils can help, says Ridhima Kansal, Director of Rosemoore. “Aromatherapy is a simple yet powerful way to enhance sleep quality. The right scents can transform your space into a calming sanctuary, helping you relax and drift into deep sleep naturally,” she says.
