No Commissions Now, Liquor Brands Slash Prices
Here is good news for liquor lovers in Andhra Pradesh. As per the latest reports, 11 liquor companies have notably dropped the basic prices of alcoholic beverages.
Liquor companies had increased their basic prices during the YCP regime over the past five years. Reportedly, prices were increased during YCP’s rule in order to pay commissions to the bigwigs of the government at that time.No Commissions
Now, the government has changed, and a new liquor policy has been introduced. Orders are being given to the liquor companies based on consumer demand.Since the NDA government came into power, branded liquor companies, which were absent during YCP’s rule, have also reentered the AP market.
After the new liquor policy was introduced, prices were lowered.
