The Supreme Court of India (SCI) has announced a recruitment drive for 90 posts of Law Clerk cum Research Associate. Eligibility Criteria

- Educational Qualification: Applicants must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (including Integrated Degree Course in Law) from a recognised institution established under Indian law and approved by the Bar Council of India for enrolment as an Advocate.

- Additional Skills: Candidates should possess strong research and analytical skills, writing abilities, and knowledge of computer systems. Familiarity with online legal research tools such as e-SCR, Manupatra, SCC Online, LexisNexis, and Westlaw is also required.
- Age Limit: The age of the applicant should be between 20 and 32 years as of February 2, 2025.
Selection Process

- Part I: A multiple-choice-based written test assessing legal knowledge and comprehension skills.

- Part II: A subjective written examination to evaluate analytical and writing skills.
- Part III: An interview.

Application Fee: An application fee of Rs. 500 (plus applicable bank charges) must be paid online via the Payment Gateway provided by UCO Bank. Offline or postal applications will not be accepted.
