Stellantis India Expands Presence in Tamil Nadu with Three New Dealerships

New Delhi – Stellantis India has reinforced its presence in Tamil Nadu by inaugurating three new dealerships under its Citroën and Jeep brands.
The new outlets, located in Madurai, Trichy, and Tirunelveli, aim to enhance the customer experience with a blend of digital and in-person engagement.

The expansion aligns with Stellantis’ strategy to integrate digital innovation with immersive brand experiences, ensuring a seamless and premium retail journey.
Enhanced Customer Experience
Citroen’s La Maison showrooms follow a phygital approach, combining interactive digital interfaces, 3D configurators, and dedicated service centers. The Tirunelveli dealership will showcase the entire Citroën lineup, offering comprehensive sales and aftersales support.

State-of-the-Art Facilities
The Trichy dealership operates as a 3S facility (Sales, Service, Spare Parts).
The Madurai dealership follows a 1S+2S format (Sales + Service & Spare Parts).
The Tirunelveli dealership is a full-fledged 3S facility catering to Citroën customers.
Customers can explore Citroen models such as the C5, C3, eC3, C3 Aircross, and Basalt, while Stellantis Brand Houses will also feature Jeep models like Compass and Meridian.
Expanding Network & Digital Innovation
Stellantis has expanded its Citroen La Maison Phygital showroom network to 88 locations across India, while Jeep India now operates over 80 touchpoints. The new facilities feature advanced diagnostic equipment, trained service teams, and cutting-edge digital solutions like ATAWADAC (“Anytime, Anywhere, Any Device, Any Content”) reception bars and high-definition 3D configurators.
With 10 points of sale (POS) in Tamil Nadu, Citroen continues to strengthen its foothold in the Indian market, offering customers a refined and technologically advanced car-buying experience.
