Bull Runs Amok at Helipad, Police Personnel Chased During CM Nitish Kumar’s Visit
Unexpected chaos at Begusarai helipad as bull disrupts security preparations for Chief Minister’s “Samriddhi Yatra.”

Patna: Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar arrived in Begusarai on Saturday, receiving a warm welcome from party workers who garlanded him on the stage alongside local leader Samrat Chaudhary.
However, before the CM’s arrival, a major security lapse was witnessed at the helipad where he was scheduled to land as part of the third phase of his “Samriddhi Yatra.”
Chaos at Helipad
A bull entered the helipad area, causing panic among the police personnel on duty. One officer, in an attempt to escape, climbed onto a fire brigade vehicle as the animal chased the security staff. The incident created a chaotic scene for several minutes, with police struggling to regain control and drive the bull away.
The video of the bull charging at the police went viral on social media, highlighting the unexpected security breach during a high-profile event.
CM’s Schedule in Begusarai and Shekhpura
Saturday marks the final day of CM Nitish Kumar’s third-phase Samriddhi Yatra. During the visit, he is set to inaugurate and lay foundation stones for various development projects worth around ₹630 crore across Begusarai and Shekhpura districts.
The CM will first visit Begusarai, inspect local factories, and review development projects with officials. Afterward, he will proceed to Shekhpura before returning to Patna around 3 PM.
Officials confirmed that despite the bull incident, the CM’s visit proceeded as scheduled, and the projects are expected to significantly contribute to local development and infrastructure improvement in both districts.
